24, 1969 in the Castle Hill section of the Bronx, New York, USA, celebrity Jennifer
Lopez is the middle of three daughters of parents Guadalupe Rodriguez and David
Lopez who were both born in Ponce, Puerto Rico but met while living in New York
City. Her acting career took off with her appearance as one of the Fly Girls
dancers on the Fox hit TV comedy series Living Color and then with her portrayal
of slain Latino singer Selena Quintanilla Perez in the 1997 movie Selena. Jennifer
Lopez was the first Hollywood actress to have a movie (The Wedding Planner)
and a music album hit number one in the same week. She is also the only woman
to have been voted the sexiest woman in the world twice in FHM magazine.
